Residential - Refurbishment of Farm House
We were engaged to assist with this substantial refurbishment of this farm house near Newbury by an Oxford based developer. This client works extensively on lower volume, very high quality domestic projects. This project is one of four that we have completed for them in approximately a twelve month period.
Beginning with an extensive strip out of various electrics and other services throughout the main house, stables, swimming pool complex. We then installed all new services. Our work included an extensive AV system, intruder alarm, Lutron lighting and gate access.
Working to a detailed, quality specification including John Cullen, Jim Laurence, Forbes & Lomax, Cisco and Ruckus the finished project was exceptional.
